Your instructors for this course join us from the TDR-supported Regional Training Center for the African Region, located within the School of Public Health at the University of Ghana. You will also hear from immunization program staff and program managers involved in initial implementation and scale-up of the COVID-19 vaccine in Ghana.
Currently, this course does not offer a certificate or academic credit.
The MOOC is completely free. You can also leave the MOOC at any time without penalty.
This mini-MOOC consists of four seporate sections, each with short vidoes and written text. The course is self-paced, meaning you can go through the content as quickly or as slowly as you would like. We estimate you will need 3 to 4 hours to complete the full course, with some participants needing more time and some participants needing less time.
This course is not live-streamed. Participants do not need to log in at specific times of day to participate and watch the videos, which means that you can take the MOOC in a way that is convenient for you.
There is quiz at the end of the course, composed of multiple choice and true/false questions. The quiz is for you to assess your own understanding of the course content and is not graded.
